Client was caught selling heroin and fake heroin to an undercover police officer. This lead the client to being charged with one count of Trafficking in Heroin a felony of the fourth degree and one count of Trafficking in Counterfeit Drugs a felony of the fourth degree as well. The client was facing a possible maximum prison term of 36 months and a maximum fine of $10,000.00.
