Attorney Zachuary Meranda was retained to represent a young man who was charged with three counts, (1) OVI, a misdemeanor of the first degree; (2) marked lanes violation, a minor misdemeanor; and (3) drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Through Attorney Meranda's zealous legal work he was able to have the OVI charges dismissed and the client was placed into an Intervention in Lieu of Conviction program for the drug offense. This saved the client the embarrassment of having a license suspension and drug charges on his record. The client was imposed a fine and court cost on the subsequent marked lanes violation. In the end a good result for a young man that has a great future ahead of him and with Attorney Meranda's assistance he was reassured he would have that opportunity.
