Client was adamant she was a victim and was attacked by her live in boyfriend and the police arrested the wrong person. Upon completing a thorough investigation and interviewing all of the witnesses the case proceeded to trial. The day of the trial the prosecutor dismissed the case. Had the client not been true in her belief of her innocence she would have plead out to a misdemeanor offense and would have had a criminal record to deal with in her future career. Attorney Meranda believed his client and stood by her side fighting the entire way until the case was dismissed.
