A single mother was facing Domestic Violence charges after defending herself and her child. Our client was charged with Domestic Violence after our client's boyfriend made an allegation that our client struck him while he was in his vehicle. What the boyfriend forgot to mention was that he was refusing to allow our client to remove the child from the vehicle and that he was the initial aggressor.
