Client was charged with violating a CPO order by going over to the residence of the protected person. Upon reviewing the discovery it was noted by Attorney Meranda that his client was never served or put on notice about the CPO being put into place. Upon contacting the prosecutor the matter was dismissed. This saved the client from being incarcerated for up to six months in the county jail, a maximum fine of $1,000.00 and court costs. Needless to say the client was extremely satisfied with the firm's hard work.
